At Mark Of A Gentleman it is our goal to provide you with exceptional service. Our service is most prominent through our shipping speed and efficiency. We want to update you on our shipping as a result of the rotating Canada Post strike effective today.
As of Today, October 22, 2018 we are continuing to ship with Canada Post but are warning that there may be delays in some cities across Canada on a rotating basis as per Canada Post. Please check with Canada Post on their website or social media as to which cities are affected as this may change daily. Shipping to the US will alo be affected as packages leave Canada through various Canada Post facilities. Please expect delays. Once shipped an order can not be cancelled.
Due to delays caused by the union’s ongoing rotating strikes, Canada Post has suspended its delivery standard guarantees for all products.
If you do not wish to have your package shipped, immediately after you place your order please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your order number. We will hold your order until the strike is over.
Returns will not be accepted during this time but will be processed. Please continue to contact us for a Return Authorization to ensure you meet the return deadlines and we will hold the RMA for you until we can accept the shipments.
We will keep this page updated as we have more details.All shipping will return to normal once the current dispute is settled and Canada Post return to normal operation.

Due to the great success of our reduced Free Shipping threshold during the holidays, we have decided to reduce our regular Free Shipping Limit for the entire year starting NOW! We are offering Free Shipping on qualifying Canadian orders* over $65 for all Canadian Provinces and a reduced shipping rate for orders* over $65 for Canadian Territories, (*after any applicable discount, before taxes and shipping)*
Orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Service with tracking or Tracked Packet service, where available. We may also us other shipping methods at our discretion as required.
We reserve the right to combine orders going to the same address.

Shipping Rate Table (all prices in Canadian Dollars):
All orders are shipped within 5 business days from date of order unless otherwise stated on this page or on this site. We ship on regular business days excluding holidays. Shipping prices include packaging and handling charges.
* Due to increased shipping costs, Canadian orders destined to the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut do not qualify for free shipping at the same rate as other Canadian destinations, Our Flat Rate Shipping Rates will apply unless otherwise stated above. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
** At this time we do not ship to US Military addresses (APO/FPO etc.). Orders destined to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping however our Regular Shipping Rates will apply.
We are not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect addresses supplied by customers, postal carrier or courier disruptions, and/or inclement weather.
All sale pricing and discount code offers apply to in stock items only. We do not offer any rain checks or substitutions on items that are not in stock.
Special Offers and Promotions
From time to time we may run special bonus offers and promotions. All such offers and promotions are on a first come first serve basis and while quantities last. We do not offer rain checks or substitutions on these offers and promotions.
Duties, Taxes, Import and Brokerage Fees
All Canadian orders are subject to HST/GST.
Duties, taxes, import/export and brokerage fees associated with the import/export of any goods shipped to destinations outside of Canada are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs authority and confirm such fees prior to ordering.
If a shipment is returned or refused due to non-payment of such fees, the regular shipping fee, any penalties imposed by the carrier and a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from any refund owed, or billed to the customer.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. An order is considered to be shipped once it is packaged and a shipping label is created, and the shipping manifest is transmitted electronically to the carrier. We ship frequently and an order can ship as soon as the same day the order is placed and up to 5 business days from when it is placed.
Upon cancellation of an order, if the order was paid for by credit card, a fee of 5% will be charged as an administrative fee to cover transaction fees we incur in processing the payment and refund. If the order was paid for by PayPal then PayPal will deduct a fee for issuing the refund and you will receive a refund of the amount paid less any applicable PayPal fees and less a $1.00 fee to cover costs incurred as part of PayPal’s fixed fees that are not refunded and for processing the refund.
At Mark Of A Gentleman Ltd. your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us as outlined below. Upon receiving a Return Authorization Number, you may return any unopened, unused product, in its original condition and packaging, and in sellable condition for a refund. All such refunds will be issued less any shipping costs, and will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Orders that qualified for Free Shipping will be refunded less our Regular Shipping Rates as listed on our Shipping Policy page or at the actual rate of shipping for the package and less any return shipping costs.
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, defective, or not as stated on your order list, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of order. We will assess every item returned and determine if a refund or replacement is required. We will also make arrangements for shipping the items back to us as required. We will make every effort to correct such errors as quickly as possible.
If you refuse an order on delivery we will deduct the Regular Shipping Rates as listed on our Shipping Policy page, Return Shipping Cost and a 15% restocking fee from any refund owed to you.
Except in the case of a damaged or defective item, we do not accept returns on used or opened product, products without original packaging, or packaging that is not in its original shipped condition and sellable. Returns on used merchandise will not be accepted for hygienic reasons. We inspect every item prior to shipping to ensure your satisfaction.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number provided by Mark Of A Gentleman. To obtain a Return Authorization Number please contact us by Email as outlined below within 7 days of receipt of order and provide the following:

Please ensure that all items shipped back to us are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during shipping and are shipped using your preferred shipping method. We encourage you to use a method that allows for item tracking and deliver notification. We are not responsible for any items received damaged or lost during shipping and will not issue a refund in these cases. We do not accept items returned C.O.D.
